Import and sync data: Microsoft Intune

Important: Before you import and sync data, run data evaluation reports to ensure accuracy.

You can import and sync data with Destiny Resource Manager Mobile Device Management (MDM) Integration feature.

Note: If you have never logged in to your account via the Destiny Resource Manager MDM integration feature, first you need to authenticate your Microsoft Intune account.

To access the Destiny Resource Manager MDM integration homepage:

  1. Log in as a Destiny Administrator.
  2. Select Setup > Sites sub tab.
  3. Next to the district name, click the Edit icon, Edit icon.. The Edit District page appears.
  4. Under Resource Management, click Configure.

  5. At the top-right of the Mobile Device Management homepage, use the Account Setup drop-down to select your MDM.

    Note:Destiny will remember your MDM selection.

To import and sync data:

  1. Click Import & Sync Data. The Confirm Import & Sync Data pop-up appears.

  2. To confirm, click Import & Sync Data. A 'Synchronization has been scheduled' message appears at the bottom of the page.

You can see line item events for Microsoft Intune configuration and data mapping at the bottom of the page.

  • To see all line item events, click the AUDIT EVENTS tab, and then Full Event Reporting.
    If you want to...Then...
    Filter the results
    • Select or edit the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
    • Select a Filter By option. If an additional corresponding drop-down appears, make a selection.
    Refresh the list of line itemsClick the Refresh icon.
    Download an .xlsx file of the jobClick Excel Format.
    Save custom sorting and filter combinations to your list of favoritesClick Data Sync Favorites, then Add Favorite.
    Return to the Mobile Device Management integration homepageClick < Back.
  • To see a list of all manual sync jobs, click the MANUAL SYNC JOBS tab.

Notes:

  • If you experience any errors, contact Tech Support.
  • After you import and sync data, you can set up autosync for future updates.
