Authenticate your account: Jamf Pro

To use Jamf Pro with the Destiny Resource Manager Mobile Device Management (MDM) Integration feature, you need:

  • A Jamf Pro URL.
  • Username for a Jamf Pro account.
  • Password for a Jamf Pro account.

To authenticate your Jamf Pro account:

  1. Log in as a Destiny Administrator.
  2. Select Setup > Sites sub tab.
  3. Next to the district name, click the Edit icon, Edit icon.. The Edit District page appears.
  4. Under Resource Management, click Configure.

  5. At the top-right of the MDM page, use the Account Setup drop-down to select jamf PRO.

  1. Click the jamf PRO logo.

    The Configure jamf PRO Connectivity pop-up appears.

  1. On the CONFIGURE ACCESS tab, enter your Jamf URL, Username, and Password.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • To exit the pop-up, click Done.
    • To ensure your Jamf Pro account is connected, go to Test configuration, and start at Step 7.

Once you have successfully authenticated your Jamf Pro account through Destiny Resource Manager, you will not have to enter your account URL, Username, or Password again.
